Unless otherwise expressly and specifically agreed, all services provided by Hafnia Law Firm LLP and its partners, attorneys-at-law, assistant attorneys and other staff (collectively “HLF”) are subject to our terms and conditions.

- Any liability of HLF for loss of revenue, savings or profits, loss of contracts and consequential or indirect loss arising out of or in connection with services provided to any client for any reason whatsoever is excluded. The total liability of HLF for any damage or loss arising out of or in connection with services provided to one or more clients in any particular matter for any reason whatsoever is limited to DKK 200m. Any reason whatsoever includes neglience and gross negligence.
- The agreement for legal services between Hafnia Law Firm and the client is governed by Danish law, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with the agreement shall exclusively be settled by the Danish courts if the client is domiciled within the EU and otherwise by arbitration in Denmark.
