Anders Bjørn Munthe joined Hafnia Law Firm as an attorney-at-law in 2011 and became partner in 2013.

Anders deals with transactions as well as disputes and his main areas of expertise are shipping, asset finance and corporate and commercial law. His practice includes ship sale & purchase and finance as well as structuring and restructuring of shipping companies and joint ventures. His litigation and arbitration practice includes P&I matters, international commercial disputes as well as insolvency and enforcement cases. He further has specialist knowledge on the regulation of the fishing industry in the Nordic countries. Clients include shipping and fishing companies, suppliers, banks, and insurance companies.

Anders is an external lecturer in maritime law and finance law at Copenhagen Business School. From 2008 to 2012, he lectured in European and international commercial law and arbitration law at Copenhagen University and Aarhus University.
