Cecilie Storm-Kofoed joined Hafnia Law Firm as an Attorney-at-Law in 2021.

Cecilie obtained her Master of Laws degree from the University of Copenhagen in 2017 and became an Attorney-at-Law in February 2020.

Cecilie assists Danish and foreign clients with the handling of legal disputes and conflict resolution. Cecilie has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration in commercial matters of all types, e.g. advising on the professional liability of advisers and on managerial liability, and issues relating to the law of damages. Furthermore, Cecilie is highly specialised in insurance law, and regularly acts in coverage disputes.

Before joining Hafnia Law Firm, Cecilie spent nearly 7 years at a Copenhagen-based law firm highly specialized in litigation and arbitration, working on complex and high-profile legal proceedings concerning i.a. Board of Directors (BOD) and Directors and Officers (D&O) liability, and a variety of insurance issues.

Cecilie works with all matters within the firm’s practice areas, incl. maritime, transport and insurance law.
